“My sump pump died so I called Dormann’s. I scheduled an appointment and the receptionist told me that if an earlier opening became available, she would call me. That’s exactly what happened. The same day, John Jr arrived at my home and within an hour, he installed a new sump pump. John is very polite and professional. I have used many different plumbers in the past and Dormann’s is by far, the best of the rest. Should I need a plumber in the future, Dormann’s will receive my phone call. You will do no better than hiring Dormann’s for your plumbing needs.”
